Welcome to Ware in Bloom

Ware in Bloom is an initiative aimed at improving the town as a place to live, work and visit.

Ware is a particpant in Anglia in Bloom for the forth year in 2011.   Planning is underway and you will find information about our progress, projects and ways to help on these pages.

Following a campaign involving many local groups and residents beginning in 2008 Ware has made huge strides in this national Environmental Competition. Our results were very encouraging and Ware was Awarded a SILVER AWARD overall and was praised for the good community spirit and progress made in a short period. WARE BOWLS CLUB was nominated for best COMMUNITY GARDEN for their Topiary. 

Ware in Bloom 2009  was awarded SILVER GILT and MOST IMPROVED ENTRY IN THE ANGLIA REGION

In 2010 Ware was awarded a presdigeous

  “ Gold Award for 2010 & Ware Bowls Club was Winner of the Best Community Garden Award”

We would like to thank all residents and businesses in the town for helping to make 2010 our best year yet.

Join in and help us make Ware a better place to live - for 2011 we have maore baskets and troughs and have adopted a number of new garden areas.
