Welcome to Ware in Bloom

Ware in Bloom is an initiative aimed at improving the town as a place to live, work and visit.

Ware is a particpant in Anglia in Bloom for the second year! We have had a busy year since February 2008 when our public launch meeting agreed to enter Anglia in Bloom. Planning is underway and you will find information about our progress, projects and ways to help on these pages.

Judging day announced 2009 - Friday 17 July!

Following a campaign involving many local groups and residents in 2008 our results were very encouraging and Ware was Awarded a SILVER AWARD overall and was praised for the good community spirit and progress made in a short period. WARE BOWLS CLUB was nominated for best COMMUNITY GARDEN for their Topiary. 

Ware in Bloom 2009 aims to build on the experience of last year and let residents and businesses in the town know how they can help!

Our theme for this year is “BIG, BOLD and BRIGHT”

We would like all residents and businesses in the town to join in by looking at where they live and work and finding ways to improve, whether by planting window boxes, planters and baskets or just making sure places are clean and tidy!
